We cover feasibility and hydraulics modelling, operating window definition, matrix and contingency procedures, the surface package of rotating control device, MPD choke manifold, buffer manifold, junk catcher, Coriolis flow measurement and backpressure pump, and supervisors and operators on a 24 hour rotation. Underbalanced drilling keeps wellbore pressure below reservoir pressure so the formation flows while the bit is turning. Skin damage from mud invasion is avoided, penetration rates rise and the reservoir is characterised while drilling. Scope covers candidate screening, underbalance window and multiphase flow modelling, the surface package of rotating control device, four phase separator, choke manifold, emergency shutdown valves, sample catcher and flare, and on site supervision through the interval. Air, mist, foam and aerated fluid systems for hard, underpressured and badly depleted formations where conventional mud is lost to the rock, with membrane generated nitrogen for underbalanced drilling, well unloading, displacement and pressure testing. Equipment covers compressors and boosters, nitrogen units, mist pumps, rotating control device, banjo box and blooey line, and flare and ignition. Delivered with our partner Hurricane Air Drilling.

High pressure, high temperature pressure control equipment for purchase or rental: gate valves, mud and cement valves, adjustable and positive chokes, choke and kill manifolds, standpipe manifolds, MPD buffer and junk catcher manifolds, surface safety valves and fail safe actuators for emergency shutdown.
